04 Do you work with clients outside India and Canada?
We work from Gurgaon, India and Montreal, Canada, and every engagement is contract-based. If you are based elsewhere, write to us with what you need; working hours, communication and delivery are agreed in the scope.
05 What happens after I get in touch?
Three steps: you write to us, we agree the scope in writing, and we ship. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
06 Do you handle both marketing and the website?
Yes. Digital marketing, SEO, website deployment and web products are all part of what we do, so campaigns, landing page updates and the live site can sit in one contract. Which parts you need is agreed in the scope.
07 Can you take over or fix an existing website?
Yes, where we have access to the site. That can include deployment fixes such as hosting, domain, DNS and HTTPS configuration, redirects and caching, and fixing SEO issues found in a technical audit. What we take on is agreed in the scope.
08 Do you manage Azure environments securely?
Our Azure work covers secrets in Key Vault, access control with RBAC, networking with virtual networks, private endpoints and firewall rules, CI/CD pipelines and AKS workloads, and monitoring, alerting, backup and recovery, with infrastructure written as code in Terraform. Our director holds Microsoft Azure and HashiCorp Terraform certifications; see the Credentials.
09 Which platforms do you use?
The platforms we ship on include Microsoft Azure, Google Search, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Terraform, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker, Vercel, Cloudflare, Meta and Next.js. The right mix for your project is agreed in the scope.
10 Who will I work with?

11 How are cost and timing set?
Each engagement is contract-based, so cost, timing and deliverables are agreed in the scope before any work starts.
